Here you can buy an exchange engine at a fixed price, remanufactured long blocks for cars and vans, from VW and BMW to Mercedes, Ford and Fiat Ducato. Every engine is built to order, quality assured to Meksta's standard and goes through a final inspection in Tyresö. The price you see is the price you pay, incl. VAT, plus a core deposit that is refunded once your old engine has been sent in and approved.

About exchange engines
Exchange engine, replacement engine or remanufactured engine, whatever you call it the principle is the same: a fully remanufactured engine that replaces your existing one outright, instead of repairing the damaged one. Exchange engine pricing depends on the engine family, condition and scope, from smaller petrol engines in cars to heavier diesel engines in vans, but you can already see the full price picture here in the range, including the core deposit.
The same engine code can exist in several versions depending on the car and model year. That is why we always verify the exact engine version against your VIN before the build starts, so you get the right engine, guaranteed. All exchange engines come with a 12 month warranty with no mileage limit, and the build time is normally 1 to 2 weeks.
