How we work
An upgrade is not just about swapping parts. It is about matching the turbo to the engine, the fuel system and the exhaust flow. We have reconditioned and built turbos since Robert's rally days - that is experience that makes the difference.
Turbo inspection
Inspection of the turbo housing, compressor wheel, turbine wheel and bearings. A healthy unit is rebuilt; a worn one is reconditioned and upgraded.
Balancing
Ensures perfect balancing of the compressor and turbine wheels. Prevents bearing damage at 100,000+ rpm.
Verification on the dyno
Power measurement on the hub dyno shows in hard numbers what the upgrade delivers and that everything works as it should under load.
