What we do with your cylinder head
Resurfacing, pressure testing and valve work by people who do it every day, not as a side job outsourced to a subcontractor.
ResurfacingThe cylinder head deck is resurfaced to the correct tolerance, a requirement for a proper seal on the head gasket.
Pressure testingThe cylinder head is pressurized and checked for cracks and leaks before it moves on.
Valve workValves and seats are machined or replaced, seals are renewed.
